For your convenience, we have an official warranty service for VERTU phones.

Warranty periods

VERTU is backed by an international certificate of authenticity included with each product and a 12-month warranty card.

The warranty period for VERTU products is calculated from the date of sale, subject to compliance with the operating rules and is:

  • Twelve months - phones and smartphones;/li>
  • Twelve months - chargers, wires, cables;
  • Twelve months - leather cases and other accessories.

Products

In case of making a purchase, a warranty exchange or return of a VERTU product is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, presence of stickers, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Product return policy

When the buyer returns the goods, the seller returns to him the amount of money paid by the consumer for the goods (the seller’s costs for delivery of the goods are deducted from the amount). In case of loss of presentation, functional and consumer properties, the seller returns the product to the consumer and deducts the above delivery cost from him.

Product exchange conditions

Exchange is possible only for an equivalent or more expensive model; upon exchange, the difference in the cost of the product will be charged.
